College Heights Christian School

College Heights Christian School is a ministry of The City Church that educates students Junior K through 8th grade. For more than 30 years College Heights Christian School has been providing the finest in academic excellence in a wholesome Christ-centered environment within Ventura County. College Heights Christian School was founded by and maintains a strong connection to the local church with the primary goal of educating the whole child-mind, body and spirit. CHCS endeavors to provide an outstanding academic experience within the context of a vibrant Christ-centered community.

CHCS is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International, offering educational expertise from Jr. Kindergarten through the 8th Grade with small class sizes and bi-lingual education. The student body of CHCS is co-ed and endeavors to promote and maintain rich diversity among students and staff; cultural diversity is truly a hallmark of our school. The current student body at CHCS is comprised of 115 students, 11 teachers and 9 staff members, resulting a student/teacher ratio of 10.5/1. Enrollment for CHCS is open and continuous. Instruction adheres to a 7-hour per day schedule, with 180 days of instruction per calendar year.

We are currently enrolling students who are looking for a positive education experience, to achieve top academic scores, and to learn in a faith-based environment where Jesus Christ magnified.
